  Move Over, Rover
Talk about finishing with a flourish. George, Drew and I convened in the Stone Room on November 27 and with the usual guidance from Gareth, we captured a sparkling performance of Going to do Something. The number was inspired by Charles R Cross's recently published biography of Jimi Hendrix, Roomful of Mirrors, but it is a song for anyone who is wandering this world in search of something better. You can hear it, download it, check the lyric and rate it if you want, from my homepage at myspace.
So there it is. I have made my album. Ten tracks written and recorded in eleven months. Naturally, I would like to thank everyone involved: George, Drew, Jack, Elizabeth and - from start to finish - Gareth and his amazing technicolour pro-tools kit. What a trip it's been. Now I've just got to get it out there with a barcode, and let the rest of the world know about it. Stand by!
